PROGRAM STAGES
Consultation
After scheduling an appointment, clients get an email to create an account on our secure patient portal via Charm Health. Once there, fill out forms and sign consents. Next, go to a Labcorp or Quest Diagnostic center for a blood test. It's important to have your lab results ready before the initial appointment to prevent rescheduling.

Prescription
After consultation and clearance from our Provider, Semaglutide or Tirzepatide injections are prescribed and delivered to you with instructions for self injection.

Treatment
Get started with your Semaglutide or Tirzepatide injection therapy. Our provider will review your dosages, frequency, and schedule your first and subsequent follow-up appointments.
